Rich tributes paid to Ra'ana Liaquat

KARACHI (APP) - A souvenir has been published in connection with the birth anniversary of Begum Raana Liaquat Ali Khan, founder of All Pakistan Women’s Association (APWA).
This was announced by the Quaid-i-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan Memorial Committee here on Monday.
It said that Begum Raana was the wife of Quaid-i-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan and was herself a leading figure of the Pakistan Movement. At the launching ceremony of the souvenir, rich tributes were paid to the contributions of Begum Raana Liaquat Ali Khan for her contributions also towards the cause and betterment of the women in the country.
The launching ceremony was also addressed by the General Secretary of Quaid-i-Millat Liaquat Ali khan memorial Committee, Mahfoozun Nabi Khan, C.M. Ijazuddin, N.A. Channa and Atif Hussain.
