The storm water drain declared as a leased plot is in fact an abnormally tiny strip of land along with the original factory of a known masala company, said Mansoor Ali.

What is noticed to be intriguing is the attempt being made by the company to encroach further upon this storm water drain, presently half filled with earth and an RCC wall being constructed right in the middle.
