Source: PPI July 8, 2008 Karachi - A division bench of Sindh High Court comprising Chief Justice Azizullah M Memon and Justice Khalid Ali Z Kazi Monday issued notice to Advocate General Sindh, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources, Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority, MD Pakistan State Oil, MD Shell limited, Country representative CHARON (CalTex) ltd, MD Total Parco Pakistan Ltd and CNG Dealers Association for July 10, 2008 on petition filed against over charging petroleum products and CNG by distributors.
