Millers asked to ensure cheap flour

These shops will in addition to the utility stores where the flour will be sold at the government prices.
The Information Minister said that the Chief Minister had directed for setting up of Monitoring and Complaint Cell at the CM House from where a close watch would be kept to control the prices of commodities.
This Cell would work round the clock and a minister would sit at the Cell to attend the complaints and address the grievance. The cabinet felt that the decisions taken today would provide relief to the people. Not only the flour would be available at comparatively cheaper prices but it would also be available in good quantity.
The other step, which the cabinet discussed and unanimously approved, was making a request to the government of Punjab to relax wheat movement on border of two provinces. The cabinet felt that the relaxation on wheat movement on the borders will further boost the supply in Sindh which in turn would bring the prices of flour further down. In this regard, the Sindh Chief Minister will meet to Punjab Chief Minister.
