City Gove ordered to provide alternate plots to displaced residents

Meanwhile, earlier, the parties have appeared before the court and submitted their versions regarding the case in the previous hearings, including, The KBCA, SSGC and KESC officials, MD KW&SB, Chief Controller of Buildings, EDO (law) of CDGK, Lyari town officials, petitioners Abdul Wahid, Hameedullah Khan Niazi, SP and TPO Lyari town, SHO PS Kalri, AIGP legal and the office bearers of Watch Environment Foundation.

Furthermore, the same bench conducted hearing on the petition filed against the mother of provincial information minister Shazia Mari. The court was adjourned by the next month.
