SHC disposes of Qaim's petition
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER September 11, 2008 KARACHI - The division bench of Sindh High Court on Wednesday disposed of the petition filed by Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah against the inquiry tribunal formed to probe the Karasaz tragedy, occurred 18th October 2007, by the previous government.
The bench was comprised on Chief Justice Sindh High Court, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice Salman Ansari.
