SHC disposes of Qaim's petition

The tribunal comprised on Justice Syed Pir Ali Shah held the hearing of the petition filed by PPP candidate Engineer Wali Ramo. Despite issuance of several notices to appear before the tribunal, Dr Arbab never appeared in any hearing.

The same tribunal adjourned hearing of a petition filed by PPP leader Mirza Ikhtiar Baig against the election victory of MQM candidate Khush Bakht Shujahat till 16th September.

The petitioner submitted that his rival had allegedly rigged the election and demanded to hold fresh polls for NA-250.
