September 13, 2008 Meanwhile, Additional Advocate General Sindh Abdul Fatah Malik told same bench that police officials would not cause harassment to PML-Q supporters in Thatta district and act strictly in accordance with law for disposal of pending criminal case. Petitioners Muhammad Khan Abro, Muhammad Ismail & Muhammad Mitho, who moved SHC, submitted since change of provincial government they were being harassed and implicated in false cases by police to change loyalties.

Sindh High Court Friday allowed MBBS student to attend classes at Chandka Medical College Larkana till further order of court.
Muhammad Kashif Saleem, who got admission in CMCL for academic session 2007-08, filed petition in SHC for contempt proceedings against Principle and In-charge Admission Cell of college.
Petitioner stated Principal CMCL despite announcement of date examination of MBBS First Year, first refused him to submit examination form, but issued show cause notice to him later.
