President impeachment in national interest: Fazl

KARACHI - JUI-F chief, Maulana Fazalul Rehman on Thursday said that President Musharraf should resign after the verdict of three provincial assemblies against him adding that Balochistan Assembly would also vote against him.

Addressing a press conference at a Local Mosque in the City, he said that sacked judges would be restored after the impeachment of President Musharraf. The JUI (F) leader opined that it was difficult for the coalition partners to make economic and foreign policies to provide relief to masses when un-elected President was head of the country and an obstacle in the implementation of government policies. He further said the ruling coalition decided to impeach President Musharraf in larger interest of the country and nation.
