Youth killed, 33 hurt in aerial firing
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER August 15, 2008 KARACHI - The personnel from the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) were put on high alert on the occasion of 61st Independence Day in Karachi. More than 1,000 policemen were deployed at the Quaid-e-Azam Mausoleum to thwart any untoward incident.
Meanwhile, one young man was killed while dozens other including women hurt in aerial firing during the celebrations of Independence Day.
