Tahir Plaza incident probe to start today

Meanwhile, talking to The Nation Mehmoodul Hassan, President Karachi Bar Association (KBA), expressed his dissatisfaction over the present judiciary and said that they would not appear before the courts because the incumbent judges had taken oath under PCO.

He also said that till the independence of judiciary and reinstatement of the sacked judges, they would not trust the courts.     

It is worth mentioning here that Altaf Abbasi Advocate, Advocate Moazam and five other persons were killed while several others injured in the incident that occurred on 9th April at Tahir Plaza. Besides, as many as 50 vehicles were set on fire during riots in the city.
