Rangers, police deployed at Malir jail
October 16, 2008 Additional contingent of police and rangers was deployed at Malir jail in Karachi on Thursday.Talking to Geo News, Provincial Jail Khanajat Gul Muhammad Jakhrani said that situation was under control at jail, adding additional contingent of police and rangers reached the place in view of security situation. He said that preparations were under way to shift some prisoners to other districts’ jails according to capacity.
