PPP not arresting BB's killers: Mumtaz
October 18, 2008 Karachi (PPI) - Mumtaz Ali Bhutto, Chairman Sindh National Front (SNF) Saturday alleged Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) for not taking practical steps to arrest killers of Benazir Bhutto.
“Why PPP led government is not arresting former President Pervez Musharraf as Sindh Home Minister Dr Zulfikar Mirza had blamed him for hatching conspiracy of assassination of Ms Bhutto,” he raised question in a statement issued here Saturday. He charged the PPP leadership is deliberately avoiding to nominate Pervez Musharraf as killers of Benazir Bhutto.
He also alleged PPP for forgetting the martyrs of Karsaz tragedy happened on October 18, 2007. The PPP-led government did not give compensation to affected families, as it had claimed before coming in power. He alleged the PPP leadership has a lot of money in bank accounts in the country and abroad.
