Police arrest 21 land grabbers

Razzak has recorded his statement that a land mafia group led by Bashir Khaskheli has occupied his land comprised on more than 16 acres at the said area. Following the complaint, the land grabbers opened fire on the police party when they had arrived into the scene for evacuating the land from their possession.

The land grabbers, having latest arms, therefore more police strength were called into the scene. The high up police officials had also arrived into the scene and supervised the encounter.

Police, however, with the efforts for continuing encounter for two hours, arrested almost 21 land grabbers including one of the masterminds named Dedar Chandio and recovered the number of weapons from their possessions. Bashir Khaskheli was managed to flee from the spot under cover of firing.
