'Zardari's address historical'
September 21, 2008 KARACHI (PPI) - Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has welcomed the historic address of President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari to the joint session of Parliament on Saturday, and termed it reflection of manifesto of Pakistan Peoples Party and program of our party great leader Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto for converting Pakistan into a welfare state.
