Three brothers killed

KARACHI - Three brothers killed, another brother and sister sustained injuries here in the limits of SITE police station.
Residents of the area said that the deceased brothers used to run a barber shop. As they reached home to have lunch, five assailants barged into the house and called the name of a brother and opened fire.
The culprits were managed to escape after the indiscriminate firing while residents of the area taken the deceased and injured to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. According to details, all three deceased hailed from Swat and living in Karachi since many years and had running a barber shop near their residence situated at Sunar Wali Gali near Malang hotel, Pathan Colony. Residents said that the deceased brothers had dispute with some guys who used to tease the girl of the area.
They said that their rivals included Khanzada, Aqil, Rehmat alias Mannan, Khalid Dad and others because of the support of a political party dominated in the area.
They further alleged that the said accused were stopped a female cousin of deceased brothers and misbehaved with her on which they beaten them but the issue was resolved when elders of the area get them reconciled. But the accused persons again started teasing another girl and pulled out her veil on which the three deceased restrained them and beaten them, a day earlier of the incident.
Residents of the area alleged that the accused persons were came and killed the three brothers.
