Workshops for students to promote leadership qualities

KARACHI - City Naib Nazim Nasreen Jalil has said that the city government under the CIIM (city institute of image management) will hold day-long workshops for young students of the metropolis from May 26 to 31 as part of Hamara Karachi Festival, to promote leadership qualities, improving behavior and increase their confidence level. The workshops entitled 'Let's discover the leader in you' She said.

She was addressing a press conference held at the City Council Secretariat on Saturday. The conference was also attended by Rashida Nadeem, representative of Intel Ahead World Programme, Mashood Rizvi Provincial Director of British Council for Sindh and Balochistan and senior fellow of CIIM Shakeel Ahmed Khan.

She said during the six-day workshops, the participants will be delivered thorough research on communication/intrapersonal and interpersonal skills; transformation leadership/vision and goals; motivation-success management; youth and stress management.
