Work on Sports Complex to start soon

Shah, who was also the president of Karachi City Cricket Association (KCCA) when took over the charge as provincial sports minister, felt that complications in developing the said Sports Complex should be resolved as soon as possible and the sports community in the province should not be further deprived of this facility.

He said that the construction of Sports Complex would be an example of state-of-the-art project as according that would comprise on a six-storey building providing indoor games facility for the Olympic competitions.

He said the land dispute was one of the main hurdles in the construction of the Sports Complex but it was now being resolved soon while the construction work would start in one or two months.

He said that Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah had played an important role in the revival of Sports Complex at M.A. Jinnah Road.
