Petition for registering second FIR rejected
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER August 29, 2008 KARACHI - The single bench of Sindh High Court comprises of Justice Syed Mehmood Alam Rizvi on Thursday rejected the application filed for registering another FIR against the suicide bomb blast occurred on the convoy of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto on April 9, 2007 in Karsaz.
The petition filed by the then president of PPP Sindh Chapter and present Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah, in which he appealed to register another FIR of the incident.
