Sadequain awards from September 1
By SYED INTIKHAB ALI August 30, 2008 More than 300 young artists from across the country are participating in the 15th Sadequain awards.
The event is being organised by the CDGK’s cultural wing of CDD to promote art and encourage young artists’ community. Informed sources mentioned that the prize money for the winners have also been increased from this year.
The EDO, CDD, Rehana Saif, when contacted said that all arrangements for organising the event had been finalised and confirmed that City Nazim Mustafa Kamal would be the chief guest on the ceremony.
