Corrupt doctors to face inquiry

Mustafa Kamal warned the doctors and paramedics of strict action in case they force the poor patients to get tests from private labs. He directed the MS to prepare the list of those doctors and paramedics involved in malpractices and order their dismissal if found guilty.

Informed sources said that Mustafa Kamal had been receiving complaints during the last several months that patients were suffering at the ABH and doctors and paramedics were treating them properly.  

It also may be noted that all important and needy medicines and injection were provided to the hospital management but were not provided to the patients and they were compelled to purchase the medicines from private medical stores outside the hospital.   

A panic was witnessed at the ASH during the past two days due to surprise visits of the city nazim as hospital officials were expecting massive reshuffle in the administration.
