Digital library changed concept of studies: Atta

KARACHI - Coordinator General COMSTECH and former Chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC), Prof Dr Atta-ur-Rahman has said that the around 300,000 students of pubic universities in the country have right to access digital library on personal computers at their homes. During the last four years, more than 2000 students had been sent abroad for higher education under full-bright scholarship programme, he said while speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the 4-day 11th International Symposium on Natural Product Chemistry (11th ISNPC) at Karachi University (KU).
