8 Camp Jail cops transferred for harassing captives
November 1, 2008 LAHORE - Provincial Minister Prisons Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor during his surprise visit to the Camp Jail has transferred eight officials of the jail on charges of harassing prisoners and locking them up in death cell after severe torture only to get gratification.
He also got released 28 such prisoners from the clutches of these alleged corrupt officials who had clear torture marks on their bodies, claimed the minister while talking to The Nation here on Saturday.
