Conspirators trying to destroy democratic set-up: Shahbaz

LAHORE (APP) - Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif has said that conspiratorial elements are trying to destroy the democratic set up through re-enforcement of dictatorship in the country.

He expressed these views while addressing PML-N workers and office bearers of NA-119 at Model Town here Sunday. Hamza Shahbaz Sharif and other MPAs were also present.

The Chief Minister said, “We will have to strengthen the democracy and democratic set up through concerted efforts to foil nefarious designs.”

He lamented the past rulers had destroyed the whole system and because of their immature and selfish policies brought the Quaid’s Pakistan at verge of collapse.
