Rape case registered against senior govt officer

According to details mentioned in the FIR number 66/08 registered with the Race Course Women Police Station, a woman labourer Nasreen Bibi had launched a complaint maintaining that her acquaintance Usman on August 6 took her to a supposedly God-fearing senior officer working with the Punjab government for financial assistance. She went along with Usman to a Kottha Pind flat near Faisal Town, where she found another man waiting for them.

The awaiting man was latter recognised by her as a senior District Management Group. At gunpoint, Usman directed her to remove clothes. On her resistance, he himself forcibly declothed her in the presence of the DMG officer - posted in the Punjab after amending rules to accommodate him.
