Open auction on 8th
By YASIR HABIB KHAN October 5, 2008 LAHORE - After the delay of 12 days, the PHA will hold an open auction for installation of publicity boards on October 8 for a period of two years.
PHA Director General Rao Iftikhar had approved the auction on September 26, but it could not be carried out due to protest demonstration launched by the Outdoor Advertising Association. Though the PHA has still not managed to remove the reservations spelt out by the association, but the authority has announced the schedule for an open auction.
