Formula for PA standing committees evolved
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER October 6, 2008 LAHORE - Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Muhammad Iqbal and Law Minister Rana Sana Ullah on Monday had a meeting at Speaker’s chamber and approved a formula regarding representation of parliamentary parties in assembly’s standing committees.
Punjab Senior Minister Raja Riaz and Leader of Opposition in Punjab Assembly, Ch Zaheeruddin could not attend Monday’s meeting; the former due to his engagement in Islamabad, and the latter for being abroad.
