Power outages continue to hurt citizens

As a result, the Pakistan Electric Power Company resorted to increase the load-shedding duration from three to four hours across the country.
Javed Ahmed Khan, spokesperson of the Lesco, told The Nation that presently Lesco region was facing a shortfall of 762MW as the total demand of around 3.5 million consumers in the region had reached 25,000MW.
