Power outages continue to hurt citizens

He said that Lesco was observing load-shedding of 4 hours in urban areas while 5 hours in rural areas. He claimed that Lesco was attempting to cooperate with cottage industry fully that is why the industry was getting power supply for 21 hours and only 3-hour load-shedding occurred there.

He reiterated that there was no unannounced power breakdowns anywhere in the country and particularly in the metropolis. He further said that though cut in water release, coupled with a burning weather in the country has complicated the power supply yet Lesco always ordered load-shedding as per with schedule and plan.
