Security put on high alert in City

It has been learnt reliably that after the suicide attack at the residence of an MNA in Bhakkar, some public representatives have reduced their activities at the public places and official functions.

A senior police officer seeking anonymity said his department had received information from his subordinate officials that after suicide attack in Bhakkar, some official programmes had been cancelled. He said the security personnel were called back from the programmes cancelled by the concerned political figures for their further deployment at other ceremonies continued in the city.
