Rain knocks down Wasa preparations
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER August 8, 2008 LAHORE - The City received heavy rain on Thursday, disturbing normal routine life as the rainwater inundated on a number of important roads and it took hours for Wasa to drain inundated water. Experts have forecast partly cloudy weather with chances of scattered rains for the City during the next 24 hours.
Lahore received 63 mm rain.
The rains started in the morning and continued intermittently till afternoon with spells of heavy downpour.
