300 new family welfare centers to be set up: Neelam
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER August 10, 2008 LAHORE - The Punjab Population Welfare Minister, Mrs Neelam Jabbar Ch has said that more than 300 new family welfare centers will be established in the province for the provision of basic maternal and child healthcare facilities to the people at their doorsteps.
While talking to a delegation of lady health workers and LHVs, here in her office on Saturday, the minister said that family welfare centers would be established at the villages comprising five to seven thousand of population.
