The government, she added, would provide them opportunities of continuous medical education and training besides enhancing their pay package.

Neelum said that government had also launched a programme to establish community midwifery homes at the far-flung areas of the province to provide basic health facilities to child & mother and to look after their health as well as to minimize the maternal mortality & Neonatal rate during the childbirth.

She said that women folk would be empowered in all sections of society and opportunities of employment would be provided to them in government, semi-government and private organisations so that they could play their due role in the development of the country.
