Anti-terrorism courts sans judges
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER October 10, 2008 Due to absence of judicial officers, the functioning of the courts has stalled leading to a lot of inconvenience and suffering of people and many people can be seen outside the both courts cursing the judicial system.
ATCs are very important as it deal with highly sensitive cases and it is a matter of concern that the appointment of new judges has been delayed. The authorities concerned seem to be indifferent to the people’s agony.
