Wasa responsible for poor management
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER July 13, 2008 LAHORE - The citizens held Wasa responsible for its acute failure in tackling the situation on a war-footing during first monsoon downpour.
They said that the Saturday’s rain had exposed the civic organization’s performance and preparation to provide emergency relief as the local residents themselves pulled out rainwater from their houses and localities.
