Action against patwari, revenue officials ordered
Source: Our Staff Reporter November 12, 2008 LAHORE - Justice Hafiz Tariq Nasim of the Lahore High Court has ordered action against a patwari, petitioner, and other ‘delinquents’ of the revenue department for not implementing transfer orders.
The judge passed this order while dismissing a petition of Khalid Amin, a patwari, who had challenged his transfer orders which were passed on May 19, 2008, but he neither accepted the orders nor relinquished the charge.
