Court proceedings against former CM postponed
Source: Our Staff Reporter November 12, 2008 LAHORE - As no one appeared from both sides, Justice Maulvi Anwar-ul-Haq of LHC postponed for Dec 16 the suo moto proceedings initiated after issuance of arrest warrants by an additional district & sessions judge against former Punjab CM Pervaiz Elahi, chief secretary Salman Siddique and others for their non-appearance before the court.
