Tableeghi Ijtema concludes

LAHORE - The first four-day session of International Tableeghi Ijtema of Raiwind concluded here Sunday following a spirited address by Ameer Tableeghi Jamaat Maulana Abdul Wahab and dua led by Maulana Zubair ul Hassan.
The 82-year-old Maulana Abdul Wahab said that the human being came to this universe through mother’s womb and would end up in the grave but unfortunately the human beings have no concern with the life hereinafter.
He said the success lies in propagation of Islam (dawa’at and tableegh) and it is not possible without hard work and sacrifice. The Ummah is suffering because of its deviation from its primary duties. The Ummah can get rid of hardships if they enforce Islam on them and work for the supremacy of ‘Deen’, the practices of religion of Islam. He said the other reason of our degradation is scant attention to five times prayers in a day. The Ummah has forgotten the fruit of goodness and piety.
Maulana Abdul Wahab said that the human beings can shape their personality through pious practices and religions canons. The teaching and propagation of religion and prayers at night is the practice dear to Allah.
In the concluding dua, Maulana Zubair ul Hassan asked for reciting Darood. He prayed to Allah for forgiveness on their sins. He also prayed to Allah to enable them to lead their lives according to the teachings of Islam.
The participants renewed their pledge to strive for the propagation of Islamic values world over.
The Ulema also emphasised upon the participants to take the message of Allah Almighty and the holy prophet Harzat Muhammad (PBUH) in every nook and corner of the world.
