Source: Our Staff Reporter November 13, 2008 LAHORE - Lawyers fraternity Thursday took out their weekly protest rally from Aiwan-e-Adal to Faisal Chowk with participation of various political parties activists for restoration of all sack judges including deposed Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry. However protesting lawyers were chanting slogans in favour of sacked chief justice and demanding his restoration and that of other sacked judges.
Though a good number of people participated in the rally, however, the lawyers could not ensure the boycott of courts’ proceedings as their attendance in courts remained as usual.
