Speedy car crushes minor, injures uncle

LAHORE - A speedy car, being driven by a young girl, crushed to death a minor boy and injured his uncle critically when they were going to their home on a motorcycle at the Ferozepur Road in Gulberg area on Tuesday.

The deceased boy, 6, was identified as Nafis Amir and his injured uncle as Muhammad Khawar, 25, both residents of A-Block Sabzazar.

Police source said that the car driver was a young girl. She was identified as Naushkay Mansoor, a resident of Defence area and member of a rich family.

Gulberg police arrested her from the spot and registered a case against her on the complaint of the deceased’s father Amir Abbas, the source claimed.
