TEVTA re-employed staff not on CS radar

LAHORE - The Technical Education and Vocational Technical Authority is yet to terminate 32 re-employed men from the armed forces despite the passage of five days since the order of termination for the re-employed after the retirement were issued.

According to a source, this is the second list prepared by the TEVTA officials when strict orders were issued by the Punjab government. "Earlier, every time, names of all the officers were not given," said the source, while seeking anonymity, while adding that now after the completion of the list, the TEVTA authorities had not terminated these men from the armed forces.

Interestingly, Chairman TEVTA Khalid Mehmood is holding the office despite the fact that he was also re-employed after retirement.

Out of these 32 men from the armed forces, only one Group Captain (R) Muhammad Rasheed, who is the Zonal Manager (N), is in Grade-20.
