Further remand of financial scandal accused sought

The accused allegedly involved in illegal transfer of billions of dollar abroad were presented in the local court here for seeking further remand. Sources said that Munaf Kalia after six days of remand, Javed Khanani after eight days, while Rustam Ali and Tariq Mahmood each after remand of 11 days were presented in the court of Civil Judge Judicial Magistrate, Faisal Jamil. FIA officials said that some more evidences were obtained from the accused, while heavy amounts have also been recovered in raids, therefore, they would seek further 5 or 7 days of remand of all the accused.
