Sharp decline in registration makes revenue target difficult
By YASIR HABIB KHAN October 20, 2008 LAHORE - New tax on luxury vehicles has caused sharp decline in the registration of such vehicles. The downward trend is evident from the fact that during the last three months motor registration branch of the Punjab Excise and Taxation Department registered only 97 luxury vehicles against 512 during the last such period.
