Chief Minister Cell asks principal to pay for UPSs

LAHORE - A salesman of a UPS company in an application to Chief Minister Punjab has accused the Principal Queen Mary College of not paying him the amount of six UPS supplied by him to the college, The Nation learnt here on Thursday.

Wajid Ali, the salesman of a UPS company, in his application has said that the Principal of the College Nasreen Akhtar Raza on June 24, 2008 ordered him for the supply of 6 UPS with batteries for college and promised to pay the price Rs 20,4930 by June 30. But when the applicant visited her office on fixed date she refused to pay the amount by lame excuses.

He charged the Principal of taking UPS fraudulently and threatened him of dire consequences.
