FIR registered against accused

LAHORE - The provincial police officer has informed the Lahore High Court that an FIR on the directions has been registered against the accused who tortured and humiliated a pregnant woman and occupied her house in area of Toba Tek Singh.
Chief Justice LHC Sayed Zahid Hussain had taken a suo moto notice of horrible incident and directed the registrar LHC to find out the correct position of the incident from the inspector general police Punjab and steps taken by the police. The CJ observed that incident is shocking and should not go unnoticed.
The IG further said the DPO TT Singh reported that medial report suggested 15 week pregnant woman had sustained two minor injuries however ultrasound report said no injury has been caused to baby.
