Lawyers observe ‘Yaum-e-Iftikhar’ in Multan
September 23, 2008 The lawyers held a rally to observe Yaum-e-Iftikhar in Multan here on Tuesday. Banners were displayed with pro-Iftikhar slogans outside Multan High Court Bar Association’s building. Besides, general body meeting of High Court bar chaired by its president Mahmood Ashraf Khan was also held in which it was said that restoration of other judges were meaningless without reinstatement of deposed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
