JAP to challenge IHC decision on AQ case
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER July 26, 2008 LAHORE - Judicial Activism Panel (JAP) has announced to challenge the decision of Islamabad High Court on nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer’s detention in Supreme Court as well as for suspension of the arrest warrants of Pervaiz Elahi and others by Lahore High Court through a Suo moto proceedings.
An emergent meeting of the Executive Committee of Judicial Activism Panel (JAP) decided during a meeting chaired by its chairman Muhammad Azhar Siddique on Friday.
