He said NPT’s Ideological Mobile Educational Unit is very active and under its Pakistan Awareness Programme, lectures regarding two-nation theory, reasons for the creation of Pakistan and its objectives are being delivered in various educational institutions on daily basis and, he said, its horizon is being expanded to other cities like Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta and Karachi.

While declaring Aiwan-e-Tehrik-e-Pakistan Workers Trust a ring and its library to its crystal stone, Nizami thanked Dr Nazir Ahmad Qaisar who donated generously for the library.

“We are at our last stages but we do hope to have enough time to convey two-nation theory fully to new generation and prepare them fully to confront India with bravery and wisdom,” he said.

He announced with profound sorrow that Pakistan Movement worker and active Kashmiri leader Brig (Retd) Shafi Khan has expired the other day. “We all pray to God Almighty that may the departed soul rest in eternal peace,” Nizami said.

Chairman Tehrik-e-Pakistan Workers Trust Justice (Retd) Dr Javed Iqbal while addressing the Advisory Committee of Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust has said unfortunately even after 60 years of establishment of Pakistan, Islamiyat and Pakistan Studies have not been included in syllabus according to the nation’s necessities and emphasis has been given on provincialism instead of nationalism.

He said it is right time to rearrange syllabus in accordance with the two-nation theory on the one hand and a universal syllabus should be implemented across the country on the other so that objectives of establishment of Pakistan could be attained, he added. He said Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust is working on the same line to brighten the future of Pakistan and make it prosperous and progressive.

NPT Vice-Chairman Prof Dr Rafique Ahmad said that only curricular activities are not necessary for nations but bringing them up adequately is also necessary. “Our nation needs education that also emphasises on two-nation theory.

“Muslims of subcontinent achieved the cherished goal of creation of Pakistan - the world’s largest Islamic state within seven years of their struggle with the dint of their unity.

“NPT has broadened its horizon across the country and its branches would be established in all major cities of Pakistan very soon,” he said.

NPT Senior Vice-Chairperson Begum Majida Wyne said it was painful that all previous leaders of Pakistan came into power with the slogan of prosperity of the country but they plundered the national wealth and left Pakistan in lurch. Pir Syed Kabir Ali Shah said religious clerics also struggled for establishment of Pakistan along with Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

“Our forefathers had given us order not to participate in funeral prayer of those Muslims who had not cast their vote in the favour of Muslim League,” he said.
