PBC rejects decision to invite CJ Dogar

LAHORE - Members Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) have rejected the 7-member decision of the Council to invite Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar as guest to receive additional space for the Bar office in Islamabad next month (October).

Members of the PBC, Hamid Khan and Mian Israrul Haq along with President Lahore High Court Bar Association Anwar Kamal addressing a press conference Friday said, the decision taken by the meeting after Eid-ul-Fitr would be final about the inviting or otherwise Justice Dogar. They said with one voice that Justice Iftikhar Ch was the one constitutional Chief Justice of Pakistan and they all accepted him and no one else.
