Punjab PPP intends horse-trading through Governor rule: Ahsan Iqbal

Muslim League-N’s secretary information, Ahsan Iqbal has said that the People’s Party government has ambushed Punjab and in an undemocratic way albeit through presidential martial law dismissed the elected government and forming its own minority government. Reacting on the news of PPP announcement of new PPP CM in Punjab, Ahsan Iqbal said that ML-N has the support of 205 members in the Punjab Assembly, while those of PPP 106. He said PPP intended horse-trading through Governor’s rule in Punjab. It was worst joke with democracy, which was being protested by entire Pakistan, he quipped.
